Sold outVisit product page →Transitioning my fashion sketches into paintings was an evolution of styles and mediums. I noticed how much I loved to detail the female's face in a sketch and sought to accompany each design with a woman full of personality. I began to create a collection that focused solely on contemporary bust portraits and the unique qualities that women possess. These stylized, slightly cubistic & primitive females became affectionately known as Long Neck Ladies .
This painting is acrylic on hand-made wood panel. Sides are 2 in. deep, painted gallery white.

Visit product page →Hello + happy holidays! I am excited to offer Portrait Session Gift Cards! You will now be able to gift a loved one a session with me to have their portrait painted in person (or gift yourself!). Sessions lasts about 1½ - 3 hours depending on the size of the painting. The stylized portrait will be acrylic paint on wood panel, with water (or tea) and hors d’oeuvres to enjoy while your gifted muse sits for their portrait. The gift card holder will be able to set up a time + location by email. Currently, my portrait sessions are only available in the Charleston, SC area. Virtual portrait commissions can be booked through emailing your inquiry + photo to artbynatalietaylor@gmail.com
