This piece was exhibited in Art by Natalie Taylor + Jahde Leather Atelier ARTWALK Exhibition 3/6-3/31. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this exhibition was unable to remain open. The Collection has been renamed to reflect this current, historic time; “ALL ONE WOMEN”. Although we have been secluded, we are not alone, but rather ALL{ONE}. I look at these painted Women, and see the reflection of the seclusion we all are enduring together. This concept speaks to volumes to me + I knew within this concept we find strength and hope.

Sold outVisit product page →Transitioning my fashion sketches into paintings was an evolution of styles and mediums. I noticed how much I loved to detail the female's face in a sketch and sought to accompany each design with a woman full of personality. I began to create a collection that focused solely on contemporary bust portraits and the unique qualities that women possess. These stylized, slightly cubistic & primitive females became affectionately known as Long Neck Ladies .
